But how do we open our minds and hearts? How do we shift our perspective? Sometimes I think life is all about perspective. You could have a cookie and say, "This sucks, I only have one cookie. Life is bullshit." OR you can shift your perspective and say, "Wow! I have a cookie! I am so blessed to have this cookie! I am going to enjoy every bite!"Or maybe you're fighting with someone and you just can't seem to get over it because they are a big dumb poopie head. Perhaps if you shift your perspective, you will have more empathy and understand better where they're coming from!
