Do you ever feel like the world is taking crazy pills?

Do you ever have one of those days when you are in a good mood, and then someone comes along and has explosive diarrhea of the mouth and anus all over you? Even though you don’t want their poopy energy to affect you, it coats your skin with fecal matter while seeping into all your open orifices. You try and stay positive and say to yourself “It is okay… I am not going to be brought down by this experience…” then someone else comes along and pees all over your picnic… even on the blanket. Then you are like “Hey… put that thing away and stop peeing on my baguette…” and they pee in your eye.

Or do you have one of those friends that when they are in a bad mood, they make you in a bad mood? Their darkness is as contagious as mononucleosis but without all the fun kissing. They have a sourpuss look on their face that makes you wonder what is so sour about a puss because you always thought they were more on the salty side. You maybe try to cheer them up, but it is impossible, so instead you just fall into their trap of misery because it likes company anyway and you don’t want to get on its bad side.

Do you ever feel like the world is taking crazy pills and you either want some with a few cocktails, or for people to keep their craziness to themselves?

I am really affected by people’s vibes, and when someone is mean to me, it destroys my inner peace. My rational mind knows that I shouldn’t be so easy to penetrate because it is better to play hard to get, but my irrational mind says “what the hell…” It is hard for me to exist in the world because I am so easily influenced because I feel at the mercy of those around me. I am like an emotional punching bag, but with a better body.

But The Munch has really inspired me to be less vulnerable to the world around me. Partly because she takes up a lot of energy just making sure she doesn’t bite me, and partly because she just doesn’t give a flying fuck in a rolling doughnut what kind of mood your in… if she wants to have a good time, that that is what she is going to do.
